C&H has a fantastic range of curtain tiebacks. The pale gold ones I ordered look perfect with my silk curtains, and the delivery was really quick.

Closs & Hamblin is an Excellent Company. They solve any queries you have immediately. I would thoroughly recommend this company to do business with.
They have already sorted out two problems for me without any fuss at all. One involved a soaking wet parcel that was delivered to my front door instead of the back door which is on the side of my house under a carport. Thus the parcel would not have got wet at all if the courier had followed the correct delivery instructions.
The other problem was I ordered two cushions and received two covers instead. These had been sent by a third party. Thus the error was not made by this company. They contacted the third party and the matter was resolved by this company sending me the inners. Therefore when I received the inners straightaway (that is the next day) I then had two cushions which I had originally ordered.

I asked a question in the morning, had an answer by return, ordered in the afternoon and delivered the next day! Excellent. Ordered Hot Paks and they're super warm for this weather.

Have used this company several times before.
Good quality stuff - I mainly get kitchen accessories - and a fairly wide choice in most areas. There is a particularly good range of William Morris goods. This year I got most things at a discounted price, even in the lead up to Christmas. This is a competitive field (ProCook, Dunelm, Lakeland and others....), and I can see why C and H have to discount many products. However, quality is high, and delivery very efficient (better than many this time of year).
I shall continue to use this company, I am sure.

Completely battered 'box'. Held together with tape but was really just cardboard wrapped around my items. Large hole one end so two items missing. Two small items were in a bag from courier company otherwise I'd have lost them too. Cardboard has been used to send items somewhere else as part of their address label still on 'box'.

Great online customer experience, but still waiting for the sample order. After ordering we're informed several times that it's going to take a while, but it's frustrating when the client wants to see what's available.
Will the actual order take even longer?
